Warranty

Qotana Technologies warrants that the products to be delivered shall, at the time of delivery, be free from defects, in material and workmanship. Qotana’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective products. All freight costs to and from Qotana’s plant arising from repair with quality problems will be paid by the seller. This warranty shall remain in effect for the period of one year from the date of shipment. Qotana shall have no liability for the product damages resulting from improper use, negligence or accident. Complete or partial disassembly of the products will void this warranty .

Export and Resale Regulations

It is the obligation of the company or individual that issues a purchase order to Qotana, and of any company or individual they resell to, to check the Export Administration Regulations lists of the People’s Republic of China, and not export to any country, company, or individual on those lists.

How to order

complete part number designated by Qotana Technologies must be specified to place an order, including but not limited to outline number and connector type. Orders may be placed with the factory or its local representative. A written purchase order is required, an electronic purchase order can be sent by e-mail, fax and so on.

Payment

Full payment must be made before shipment, net 30 days payment term must be approved by the seller in advance.

Shipments and Delivery

For domestic shipment, the transportation and freight will be borne by the seller. Overseas shipment term is EXW. When a carrier is not specified by the buyer at the time that an order is placed, shipment will be made via Fedex Collect service.

Packing and Packaging

Packing and packaging normally supplied is to "standard transportation criteria". Special standards or export packaging is available upon the buyers’ request, at an extra charge to be quoted by the seller.

Change of Product Specifications

The product catalog and specifications on the website are subject to change at any time. Qotana Technologies reserves the right to discontinue items without prior notice.

Order Acceptance and Order Change

Qotana Technologies shall reply whether to accept the order within 48 hours after receiving. Order changes more than 48 hours after the order is placed will not be accepted.
