Q How to order?
You can send the order to our sales representatives or sales@qotana.com by e-mail.
Q Is product delivery free of charge?
For orders with shipment destination in China, we will arrange the transportation and the freight will be borne by us.  For orders with shipment destination outside China, the customer shall bear the freight. You can provide a courier account, and tell our sales representative your preferred type of courier. We will arrange shipment according to your requirements.  We can also arrange shipment for you. The freight will be added in the invoice to you for payment.
Q How long is the warranty?
The warranty period of our products is 1 year from the date of delivery
Q How to apply RMA?
You can fill in the RMA Application Form (download on our website,Service&Support>Support Files Download), and send it to our sales representative or sales@qotana.com by e-mail. RMA process can be executed after evaluated by our engineers.
Q What are the payment terms?
For customers who place orders for the first time, 100% advance payment is required.  We can provide net 30 days payment term for customers passed our approval process. You can send application to our sales manager or sales representatives. 
Q How to obtain the control software of programmed products?
The control software can be downloaded from the page of “Service & Support” on our website.
Q How to customize the product? 
We provide customized products service, you can submit the requirement of customized product (including relevant attachments) through the link on our website or contact our sales representative for customized requirements.
